Questions

How much does it cost?: Each suite has a fixed price per user per month, and the first 3 people are free permanently. The calculator on the Modules page shows an estimate for your team.
Is it available in Romanian?: Yes. The platform and this site run in English and Romanian, and each person chooses their own language.
Can it issue invoices and e-Factura?: Invoices, yes: invoices, proformas and advance invoices, with your own numbering series, payments and storno. Sending them to e-Factura is in development, and we say so rather than promise a date.
Can clients book themselves online?: Not yet. The client app is in development; until then, your team makes the bookings.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-day?: The portal installs like an app and, with offline access turned on, keeps today’s appointments and each client’s notes, visits and recommendations on the device, behind a PIN. Notes, visits and bookings added in the meantime are sent when the connection is back.
