Built for the busiest hour.

Scheduling software is judged on the morning everything goes wrong — a provider calls in sick, three appointments collide, and the waiting room is already full. That is the hour the platform is designed for.

Why the platform exists.

We kept building the same foundations for organisations that schedule people: calendars, providers, locations, records, reminders, leave. Every time, the multi-tenant parts were bolted on afterwards, and every time they were the parts that hurt.

So we built the core once, with tenancy in the model from the beginning, and made every module share it. Healthcare came first because it is the least forgiving domain, but nothing underneath is specific to it, which is why the same platform runs for salons, gyms and studios that have never seen a patient.

How we build it.

  • Entered once, seen everywhere

Clients, staff, rooms and products live in one place. Add a client once and every part of the platform sees the same client, so nobody wonders which list is current.

  • Start with one suite, add the next later

Each suite works on its own. Add another and it uses the same records from day one, with nothing to migrate or type in again.

  • Small releases, written up

Improvements ship in small steps, and each one is explained in plain words on the What's new page, so a change never arrives as a surprise.

  • Run by the people who built it

The team that writes Medoteca also operates it, on infrastructure we run ourselves. When something needs fixing, you are talking to the people who can fix it.

Who it's for.

Businesses whose day is a schedule of people, rooms and time, and who feel it when one piece moves.

  • Clinics and practices: medical, dental, physiotherapy, therapy.
  • Salons, spas and beauty studios.
  • Fitness and wellness studios with trainers and rooms to book.
  • Businesses with several locations that want the same rules in each one.
  • Teams that outgrew paper diaries, spreadsheets and chat threads.
  • Teams that work in English or Romanian: the platform and this site run in both.

What we care about.

  • Correctness over surface

A calendar that double-books is worse than no calendar. The invariants come before the interface.

  • Data that stays put

Isolation per organisation, encryption at rest, audit trails and restores we have actually tested.

  • Honest answers

If we have not measured something, we say so rather than describing how it ought to behave.
